An engineer by training and successful entrepreneur with over 25 years exposure and experience within and around the operations and management value chain of the Oil & Gas industry, Okezie is the founder and pioneer CEO of Hyprops Nigeria Limited, piloting it from inception to the major player it is today.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA from Middlesex University Business School, Hendon, London. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers of Nigeria.

Dr. Agomuoh is a transformational leadership expert and has over 28 years’ experience in Operations, Project Engineering and Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. He also holds an Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Benin and a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering Management from the University of Port Harcourt. He has a passion for the safe delivery of projects, managing human resources as the most important resource in project delivery.

As Group Chief Operations Officer, he is responsible for strategic planning, business development, project/contract management, as well as the cost effective delivery of projects for the group comprising of Hyprops Nigeria Limited and ENG RYPAC Nigeria Limited, among other associated companies.

Uchenna is the Group Head, Shared Services overseeing the Support Units as well as the Business Development & Strategy Unit.

He has held Senior Managerial positions in Business Development in various sectors of the business environment with about two decades of them in the oil and gas industry.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Jos and has several professional certifications in Business Development and Sales, Advanced Strategic Sales, Administration and Safety.
Uchenna is a very approachable and result-oriented professional.

Olawale has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Lagos State University. He obtained his MBA in Finance and Investment Specialization from the Ahmadu Bello University. He is a Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) from the American Purchasing Society, a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute and a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.

Olawale is also a Professional Member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), and a corporate member of Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIARB) Nigeria Branch, and an associate member of American Purchasing Society (APS). He is a corporate member of Project Management Institute (PMI) and The Scrum Alliance.

Nkiru is a result-oriented professional with more than 20 years experience in the financial and oil & gas industry. She holds a B.Sc. (ED) in Accounting from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and an MBA in Banking & Finance from the University of Nigeria Enugu Campus (UNEC). She is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Prior to joining Hyprops Nigeria Limited, she had worked with Liberty Bank Plc where she learnt the rudiments of the business development before moving on to Virgina Nwafor & Co. - an Auditing firm-based Abuja.

She was a focal member of the team providing the strategic support that grew Hyprops Nigeria Limited from a start-up to a well-known brand in Nigeria's oil and gas servicing business. She plays a key role in the organizational management and works directly with the Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic direction for the group.

Esijolomi Parker-Efevwia, has a vast experience in Human Resources management and contract administration management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the Ambrose Alli University, Edo State and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos.
Over the years, she has been directly involved in various multi-million-dollar projects with various clients in the Oil and Gas industry. Her involvement in these projects has made her highly responsible and deadline oriented. Her main strengths are adaptability, dependability, and the determination to get job done as proven by her varied work experiences in manpower services.
Jolomi is also a good team player and very meticulous, with excellent organizational skills and efficiency. She takes pride in her work, thrives well under pressure, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
She has recruited, supervised, and managed over 150 Nigerians and 30 Expatriate personnel.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science & Engineering as well as Master of Computer Systems Degree from the prestigious University of Ibadan, and possesses specialized hands-on experience across different industry domains in both the public and private sector.
He is also a multi-platform certified Cloud Engineer [GCP, Azure, Aviatrix], constantly seeking out opportunities to provide relevant solutions, and in his role as Head, IT - where he oversees the Infrastructure, Business Applications/ERP and Support sub-units - this is evidenced by the significant operational transformations and stability he has achieved since he joined the team.

Ebere is a seasoned HR professional with hands on experience in delivering HR strategy for organizational development in the oil and gas industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Statistics from the Abia State University.
In her current role as Head, Human Resources, she oversees the HR functions and activities that actively supports the delivery of the company’s strategic objectives. She is in charge of implementing the company’s HR strategies, recruitment and onboarding processes, employee career development, drafting company policy and procedures, compensation & benefits, as well as managing staff engagement, while ensuring corporate regulatory compliance.
Over the course of her 10 year career, Ebere has held several positions in Human Resource management and office administration.

Stephanie is a professional office administrator with a passion for delivering excellent service in office management, thereby providing comprehensive support and interfacing across organizational levels and functions to drive policy execution.
She hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Caritas University and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Administration. She specializes in Office Management, Facilities Management and Office Administration.
Stephanie manages our HyGroup Place - a multi-million dollar corporate office and design engineering facility and our satellite offices in Port Harcourt and Warri respectively.

Innocent is a result-oriented professional with invaluable hands-on experience in bidding and tendering. He has successfully overseen projects from conception to completion both onshore and offshore in the Oil and Gas industry over the years. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri (FUTO) and obtained his Master of Science Degree in Pipeline Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
Innocent is also a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE), the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Nigerian Institution of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE).

Augustine graduated from the University of Calabar in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and has a strong background in drilling. He is a member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON) and the Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMAN).

With over twenty years post-graduate experience mainly in the oil and gas/energy industry, his career has taken him through national and international companies.

Edidiong Ekanem holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from one of the prestigious universities in Nigeria. He is an award-winning, high-energy environmental health and safety professional. He brings to the table more than 12 years of instruction and practical application of Quality and HSE in offshore, onshore and corporate environments. Edidiong being a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015; ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Standards has designed and implemented quality and safety programs that are currently in use in several organizations. His leadership and expertise have changed the culture of several companies to one that recognizes Quality and HSE as a core value of their business. He is a Certified Environmental Safety and Health Specialist by NEBOSH and Occupational Safety and Health Administration, USA. Edidiong has spent the past 10 years in major Energy, Oil and Gas, Engineering, Production and Construction organizations in key QHSE Positions with responsibilities involving coordination and integration of Corporate Quality and HSE management systems at the company’s business units and ensuring that all business are carried out in such a manner that HSE risks are minimized to its employees, contractors, customers and the society at large. His key focus is to prevent incidents / accidents in the workplace to enhance business growth and sustainability.

John is currently a Senior Manager - Marine Services at Hyprops with an entrepreneurial mindset having well over a decade of professional working experience in the Maritime / Oil & Gas sectors - Operation Management, Business Planning, Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Commercial Awareness, Maintenance Management, Vessel Management, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management, CMMS, Asset Integrity and Reliability, among others.

He acquired a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Marine Engineering from the prestigious Rivers State University, Port Harcourt and then proceeded to the UK where he obtained an MSc in Subsea Engineering at Cranfield University. John later acquired an MBA from the University of the People, USA and has worked for a couple of indigenous companies and a multinational company for about 5 years where he was extensively involved in several offshore turnkey projects supporting FPSOs in Nigeria, Europe, and Asia. His professional affiliations as a chartered marine engineer include COREN, NSE and NIMENA.

John has attended a lot of trainings on Advanced Maintenance Planning & Management, Effective Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment, Facility Engineering, Operations and Maintenance Management both locally and internationally.
